The Vision:

By transforming complex queries into intuitive interactions, we aimed to remove friction, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new levels of productivity across the enterprise.
The goal was clear: turn a fragmented, manual data retrieval process into an intuitive AI-powered experience. We built a strategy integrating Generative AI, UX design, and enterprise automation to create a seamless, natural language interface for data retrieval and decision-making.

I had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team of researchers, copywriters, UX designers, and developers—seasoned professionals who brought deep expertise and a willingness to embrace change. My role wasn’t just about leading strategy—it was about championing the team. I focused on fostering cohesion, ensuring that every voice was heard, and advocating for the team’s best ideas. Through user research and data-driven storytelling, I helped secure leadership buy-in, making sure the insights and innovations crafted by the team translated into real impact.
